Changes and returns

Without prejudice to the statutory right of withdrawal described in the previous section, Aurei offers its customers the possibility of requesting the return of their products under the following conditions:

1. Period: 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.
2. Cost: free of charge for the User.
3. Product condition: the garment must be in perfect condition, unused, with its original tags and, where applicable, with any seal or hygiene label intact.
4. Excluded product: socks are not eligible for return or exchange, except for manufacturing defects, as they are an intimate garment subject to hygiene conditions.

To request a return, the User must contact Aurei at info@weareaurei.com stating the order number and the reason for the return. Aurei will provide the instructions to complete the process.

Once the returned product has been received and verified in perfect condition, Aurei will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the purchase, within an estimated period of 7 to 10 business days from receipt of the return.

Defective product: if the product received has a defect not attributable to the User, they will be entitled to return it free of charge, informing Aurei of the reason at info@weareaurei.com. Aurei undertakes to bear the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one or to refund its amount, in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
