How long does shipping take?
Orders to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal are delivered within 2-4 business days, while deliveries across Europe have an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
Free shipping on orders over €150 in mainland Spain and Portugal and over €250 in Europe.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Write to us at info@aurei.es as soon as possible.
How do I make a return?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused and have its original tags.
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide on each product page. Our garments are standard European sizes.
How do I care for my Aurei garments?
We recommend hand washing or washing cold at a maximum of 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Wash inside out to preserve the compression of the technical fabric.
